Stuart Gascoyne

Stuart Gascoyne has been implementing Salesforce since 2005. During that time he has completed over 70 projects. Previously to that he worked as a Sales and Marketing manager so he understands the challenges that Salesforce users face which helps him appreciate the way they want Salesforce to support them. Customers have included FTSE 100 companies, small start-ups and committed charities.

He has acted in a number of roles on those projects including Project Manager, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst and even little bits of development. He understands the pitfalls to be avoided and the benefits to be gained in a successful implementation.

A key factor in his success is achieving a common vision on what the future system will look like. That involves using techniques which provide business users with the confidence that their requirements have been understood and developers with sufficient clarity that they can implement the correct solution.
